904 PARTICIPANTS WERE ADMITTED TO THE NEXT STAGE OF THE PRESIDENTIAL YOUTH PERSONNEL RESERVE

The “Ability Testing” stage of applicants for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve has completed. Within 24 hours, candidates passed a test to determine the ability to analyze complex textual and numerical information. To pass verbal and numerical tests, consisting of 25 tasks each, there were given  25 minutes, respectively. At this stage, participants in a limited time analyzed text materials and documents, worked with charts and tables. Assignments required maximum attention and analytical skills. 904 participants with the highest scores were admitted for verification testing. The complexity of numerical and verbal tests made it possible to select truly strong candidates. According to the established requirements, no more than 1000 participants are sent for verification testing, who scored the highest points when testing abilities. With equal test results for several candidates, the number of candidates not exceeding 1000 may be admitted to the next selection stage. Based on the established requirements, the threshold was 30 out of 50, which demonstrates a good level of applicants' abilities. Currently, the list of testing eligible for verification is available on the official website of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs, the online platform pkrezerv.kz. We recall that 13212 people made the initial registration for participation in the selection, of which 7312 candidates completed the registration procedure by the end of September. The testing was attended by 5745 applicants. Considering that according to the results of all stages, only 300 of the best and most prepared young people will be enrolled to the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, and at the stage of testing abilities, there was 19 people per seat. For the entire testing period, round-the-clock feedback was provided. In online mode, questions from participants about how to get through and what to do in case of unforeseen situations and other questions are answered in social networks and on the platform itself. Testing verification will take place on October 19. To pass it, the candidates will need a stationary computer with a webcam and microphone or a laptop with the specified headset.
