Zhailganova Anar Nuralykyzy

Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs Zhailganova A.N. graduated with honors from the Kazakh State Universit named after Al-Farabi with a degree in  "Jurisprudence".

She is also a graduate of the Higher School of Banking with a degree in Taxes and Taxation. She graduated from the postgraduate school of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan, Ph.D.

 

• 1991 - Junior Researcher, Institute of State and Law, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

• 1994–1997 - senior consultant for civil cases of  the South Kazakhstan Regional Court;

• 1997–1999 - Judge of the South Kazakhstan Regional Court;

• 1999 - Deputy Head, Head of the Office of  Analysis and Improvement of the Judicial System of the Department for Organizing the Activity of Courts of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

• 1999–2000 - Senior Expert of the State and Legal Department of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

• 2000-2004 - Advisor to the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

• 2004–2008 - Judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

• 2008-2016 - Member of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

• 2016-2019 – member of the Parliament (Majilis) of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the VI convocation from the Nur Otan party, member of the Committee on legislation, legal and judicial reform of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On June 14, 2019 by the Decree of the Head of State she was appointed Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs

She has a badge "Uzdіk memlekettik qyzmetshі."

 

For exemplary service in state bodies,  she was awarded the Order of “Qurmet” (2009). Also among the awards:  there are the medal “Contribution to strengthening of the Constitutional Legitimacy” (2014) and the badge of the Union of judges “Ush bi” (2017).
